What To Eat To Gain Muscle- 4 Things You Can Eat That Will Help You Pack Up To 10 Pounds Of Muscle

Gaining muscles can sometimes be difficult.  Especially when you’re not sure what to eat to gain muscle.  And even though you workout hard, you’re still not getting the gains you want.  So, what I’m going to do is share with you some foods that you should eat to gain lean muscle mass.

That way, you will be able to start adding pounds of muscle and increase your strength.

Here are some foods that you should eat:

1.  Lean meats.  This includes eating meats like fish, chicken breast, and beef.  Lean meats provide high quality protein that’s needed to build muscles.  So, eat lean meats at least two to three times a day.

2.  Healthy fats.  By eating healthy fats, you’ll increase your testosterone, which will help you add more muscle and strength.  Some foods that contain healthy fats that you should be eating to gain muscle are avocados and nuts.

3.  Complex carbs.  This includes eating fruits (red apples, bananas, grapefruit), veggies, red potatoes, brown rice, and whole wheat bread and pastas.  Complex carbs won’t spike your insulin level, which helps keep you lean.  And it provides extra energy for you that will help you workout harder in the gym.

4.  Eggs.  They provide a good source of protein and fats.  Eating eggs for breakfast will definitely help you gain muscle.  You can either eat as many egg whites as you want.  Or to get more muscle building benefits from the eggs, you can eat three whole eggs and three egg whites.
