Chicken breasts, eggs, whey protein, soybeans, olive oil, curd, green vegetables, oatmeal and brown rice are important if you want to build muscle and burn fat. Foods high in fat-content (like butter, red-meat, vegetable oils, junk foods etc.) must be avoided.
